Individual sessions cost $225. Couples and family therapy sessions cost $250. Comprehensive intake assessments cost $250.

Payment methods accepted include Zelle and credit card. Payments will be made through a secure portal that ensures data security. Payments are expected to be rendered at the time of service.

Out-of-network benefits from your insurance provider can be accepted as payment for sessions. I utilize a billing platform that makes it easy for you to access your out-of-network benefits for reimbursement. Please reach out to discuss your options. In addition, sliding scale options may be available upon request.

The first session is considered your “intake session.” During this session, you will have the opportunity to discuss your clinical concerns and goals for treatment. I will structure the session by asking questions to understand your background and current situation, as well as outline the approach to be used in therapy.

Therapy sessions typically last 50 minutes. However, depending on the nature of treatment and individual needs, session length can vary. This will be discussed and agreed upon during your intake session.

At least 24 hours notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a late-cancellation fee (e.g. full rate).

Yes, you can bring someone with you to your session if you feel it would be helpful. Advanced notice of any additional participants is kindly requested. If you are attending couples or family therapy, all parties are expected to be present for each scheduled session.

Client confidentiality is taken very seriously and is of the utmost importance to ensure the safety and security of a client’s protected health information (PHI), personal well-being, and treatment success. Therefore, confidentiality guidelines, as mandated by law and professional ethics, are adhered to. Information shared in therapy is kept private within HIPAA compliant software and is only disclosed with your written consent or in circumstances required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).
